Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Relevant years of experience of progressive engineering responsibility
Relevant years of experience of direct engineering management experience
Demonstrated experience in implementation of large scale product development programs
Solid experience with a phase gate process for new product development
Strong project management experience
Fluent English and German language skills
Successfully proven cross-functional interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience in multi-cultural working environments and developing communication strategies across them
Extensive experience working with international suppliers and/or customers
Experience working with offshore engineering resources

Responsibility for Production, Quality, Assembly, Logistics, Work Preparation and Building Management
Actively analyze Key Performance Indicators of the Plant and adjust/implement lean manufacturing and quality processes etc., lean principals, 5S and related world class manufacturing improvement techniques/framework to produce optimum operational excellence and P&L improvement.
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments involved in production, quality and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Minimum 3 years of management experience in leading large growing lean manufacturing operations, preferably in plastic injection molding
